I've realised in the past few weeks that when people are trying to get healthier using their food and lifestyle, some people need help, others need guidance and some need a bit of both
Who needs help? There are people who are really at a loss when it comes to knowing what to do. They know little about food preparation, food combining, cooking from scratch, why water is important, how much to drink, how to plan meals, how to create recipes from their favorite food, the importance of exercise, proper breathing, natural hygiene and all the theory and mechanics of a nurturing vibrant lifestyle.
These are people who need help, from the basics all the way to the really cool stuff.

Who needs guidance?
There are also those of us who have read countless books on health, know loads of recipes, we've tried every superfood around, tried at least 3 diets in the past 5 years, juice once in a while, make the odd smoothie, get a few newsletters from health experts, possibly exercise and know why water is important and how much to drink, eat organic foods and so on. These guys are pretty clued up.
But, with all they know, they still aren't getting the results they desire and feel they deserve for all they know and apply.
These are the people who need guidance. The danger with these people is that some things they try will work great but aren't sustainable, others things won't work at all, so the whole notion of healthy living could feel unachievable and discourage them from every pursuing it again.

There are also those who have a little knowledge, need help applying and building on it and could do with some guidance also.
The good news for all of you is that help and guidance are easier to come by than you think.
Once you decide that you are no longer happy with your current state of health, and that now is time for a change that will catapult you into The Ultimate You, the solution you need will come to you.
This might sound a little open ended, but that's because the solution for different people won't be the same, but you'll know when you've found the one that's right for you. But it all starts with making the decision to change
