Sometimes a great breakfast is a bunch of tasty whole foods thrown together, here are some that my clients and I have enjoyed |
1. Fresh melon and mango chunks
2. Fresh grapes and apple pieces
3. 2 soft boiled or poached free range organic eggs and whole meal grainary toast with real butter (preferable raw milk butter) or a soya free spread (NOT MARGARINE)
4. Oat Porridge made with water adn topped with fresh or frozen berries, ground nuts and chopped banana (add some ground flax or coconut oil for protein types)
5. Sauted aspargus, mushrooms and organic chicken sausage
6. Green Smoothie (fresh spinach leaves, water blended with either mango, pineapple or orange juice and bananas) (add coconut oil or hemp protien powder for protien types)
7. Almond milk smootie
8. Pink Ice Cream
9. Steamed Brussel spouts and broccoli with olive oil and sea salt
