Diet Check Record - When I do a Natural health and nutrition coaching program with someone, possible the greatest tool we use together is the diet check record, it allows use both to see the effect that their food is having on them. From this we can then adjust and fine tune their diet over time until it works effectively with their body, giving them strength, energy and vitality. Even though using this with a professional makes it most effective as they will be able to fully explain the reactions to you, it can be a really useful tool to use on your own or in preparation for signing up to a program. |
