I spend so much time in here I might as well fit a folding bed next to the fridge (which would certainly save me the trip downstairs to get a midnight snack!)
I love food, I love tasting new and different foods and I try to recreate as many favorites to make them healthier and ‘Leah Friendly’ as possible.
I don’t eat meat, poultry and less and less fish and dairy, so you may think my options are limited, but far from it. There are hundreds or fruits, vegetables, grains, nuts, seeds and seaweed out there that it could take me a lifetime just to taste all of them. |

Though I don't meat and poultry personally, I have plenty of clients who do, most of whom have shared with me their favourite meals, so I could clean them up, so I'm not anti carnivore by any means, it's just not for me.
This page is dedicated to our kitchens, what we have in them, what we cook in them, how we organise and arrange them and how to get the most out of them. I hope to update this page regularly so you should see a steady growth of recipes, tips and ideas over the months and years, and if you can suggest anything or you want to see anything on this page, just let a sister know and I’ll see what I can do. But for now, let’s move swiftly to my favourite subject, food.
