HI I’m Leah Salmon, the natural nutrition coach and it’s been 10 years since my journey into nutrition and natural living began
I did a few courses, read a few books, got a few clients and started work.
At the time I was a vegetarian, ate a lot of soya, not much fat, loads of carbs and felt good, so this was what I recommended for everyone.
Then I met someone who had been a vegetarian for over 8 years, their diet was almost identical to mine, but they were sick all the time, had frequent infections, low on energy, skin problems and they were clinically obese.
I knew someone else who followed a high fat, high protien diet with not much fruit, which was almost opposite to mine, and they hardly got sick, had great energy, good skin and stable emotions.
