Davidel has been set up as an information portal and outlet for Naturally You Coaching Programs and Metabolic Typing for the public. Any information provided by us or suggested practices and therapies, are undertaken at the participants own risk. We would never intentionally put out information which would harm anyone, however, you should seek professional advice from someone who knows you or can examine you if you are in any doubt as to whether to undertake our suggestions.
We are obliged to tell you that the information we provide does not constitute medical advice and cannot replace medical advice. Feel free to present this information to your doctor or healthcare professional before taking it if you want their advice. Though you may find that orthodox healthcare professionals have little knowledge of complementary therapies and are therefore probably unqualified to make an informed judgment and actually just offer their uneducated opinion. This is so important to me, If you feel that you haven’t received a high level of service from me, please let me know so we can progress with your program in the best way possible.
However, if you decide to purchase a program from me, please be aware of the following conditions and Terms
Additional Costs
All prices include consultations and the cost of all phones calls. Additional costs include the cost of the recommended foods, supplements and other therapies. When recommendations are made, we will both decide whether they are necessary to the success of the program before you are advised to buy them. Additional testing may sometimes be necessary also. All cost will be given during the course fo the program. The program can be completely successful without teh additional costs but they can enhance the results significantly.
Process Of The Programs
The desired timescale for a program is as follows
Once you make a payment for a program, you will be given access to the Metabolic Typing Assessment area
Within 10 days of purchase, complete Advanced Metabolic Typing questionnaire found on this page.
With 2 days – I receive your results and forward them to you along with a link to the Metabolic Typing Results Area where your results will be fully explained to you
Within 2 days – I will be in touch with you so I can book you in for either 4 – 52 weeks of coaching.
The coaching has to be started as soon as possible from receiving your results so that everything is relevant and as effective as possible
Naturally You Coaching Programs
You will need to fill out a diet check record daily for the first 28 days of the program so we can make sure it’s working for you and change it if it isn’t. If you are unwilling to do this, call me to discuss why not.
If you start a program with me, you can’t follow nutritional advice from other practitioners at the same time. This can cause confusion and lead to the program not working for you.
You will need to stop all supplementation, but not prescribed meditation. Nutritional supplements that work with your metabolic type will be recommended during program
Your success in the program will be as a result of your listening to and working with me, so together we can fine tuning your diet and lifestyle to you. So if you have any questions along the way, make sure you ask them and if you have a chosen way of eating and living, and you’re unwilling to change, this may not be the right program for you
Expiration of A Program
In the following situations a program will be considered expired, meaning that no further coaching will take place with a client and the program is completed:
- If a client fails to communicate with me for more than 3 weeks and doesn’t respond to emails and phone calls form myself.
- If diet check records are not received for 3 weeks or more.
Appointments
Please always give at least 24hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment so I can fill the slot. Without this, you may lose that week of coaching, if it’s a results call you may lose one week of coaching
If I don’t receive your diet check records the day before a coaching call, we will have to cancel the call and you may lose a week of coaching as a result. This is because without the diet check records, I can’t see how the food is affecting you and put together a plan of action for the following week.
Once you have started the program, it's best for you to attend every week they a have booked. This is necessary for the success of your program and my scheduling. Emergencies are understandable, but depending on the circumstances, you may lose that week of the program. If you need to take a prolonged break (more than 2 weeks off), these will not be compensated. Please consider this before purchasing a program
In the same respect, if I have to miss 2 or more weeks of coaching during your progam, I will add these missed weeks to your program so you still get what you paid for.
Installment Plans
If you enter into a paypal payment plan to pay for a program and miss any payments fro more that 4 weeks, your program will be stopped until the payments are brought up to date.
If missed payments cause me to incur bank charges, you will be liable to pay these and they will be added to your remaining balance. If payments are not being made and no communication has been made in 14 days, the contract will be cancelled, I will calculate how much is due and you will be invoiced for this fee, which will be payable immediately.
If other agencies are employed to recover outstanding payment, you will also be liable to pay any charges they pass onto me.
Refunds
If we decide that this program is not right for you, you are unhappy with the program or the service that I have offered or I wish to end the program with you due to lack of compliance, we will come to an arrangement regarding refunding your fees.
If you wish to cancel a program after the initial consultation, if you haven’t submitted the questionnaire and you’ve paid the fees in full, 70% of your fees with be refunded within 30 days
If you wish to cancel a program after the initial consultation and questionnaire have been submitted and I have received the results, if you have purchased a Natural Nutrition Coaching program, your coaching fees will be refunded within 30 days. If you have purchased just the result package, no refund will be available to you.
A request to cancel a program will need to be made in writing via email where you have confirmed my receipt or in writing to Davidel, 84 Northfields, Dunstable, Beds, England, LU5 5AL. If the request is found to be reasonable, you will receive a response and the refunded will be made within 30 days.
